FlexTecs appoints new Chief Operating Officer: Tony Massanelli
ATLANTA, GA, 17 January 2023 — Tony is well-recognized as an esteemed leader in the industry — his impeccable reputation for strong leadership skills, growth-driven business acumen, operations-savvy, and a team player mindset is paralleled by few.
Prior to joining the FlexTecs family, Tony spent over 25 years in the recovery audit space and has served in senior leadership roles including President of Global Retail for Cotiviti and SVP of Global Commercial Operations for PRGX. With a great deal of experience in global operations and a foundation in software development, he has a unique perspective spanning innovation and technological advancement within the complex payment accuracy service model.
Now working as part of the FlexTecs Executive Team (Exco), Tony will oversee operational productivity and efficiency, FlexTecs’ disruptive “prevention” operational business model, and FlexTecs’ innovation platform while supporting the Exco Team in strategic initiatives.
