Client Support Specialist
North America | Remote (Preference for candidates based in Georgia; open to other U.S. locations for the right candidate)

About FlexTecs
As a Client Support Specialist for Flextecs, you will be responsible for being a liaison between Auditor(s) and vendors. You will be responsible for regularly updating vendor correspondence, communicating with the Auditor(s) and vendors regarding incoming audit disputes and approvals, and seeking approval for claims created by Auditor(s). You will interact with audit team based in Nepal as well as US based Auditor(s) and team members, updating and directing communication on audit claims.

Job Description
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, handling deadlines and problem-solving challenging situations.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to work with difficult vendors and manage vendor expectations. Maintaining a positive attitude is a must.
Update and maintain proprietary FlexTecs tool for each client, including but not limited to, maintaining claim details, routing claims, submission of weekly/monthly reports, updating and maintaining all claim documentation/communications.
Have the flexibility to tailor individual audits(s) to clients’ specific needs.
Partnering with Auditor(s) to maintain and respond to all vendor communication in a timely manner.
The ability to effectively communicate with the Auditor(s) and vendors all ongoing audit timelines and details.
Assist internal audit team with daily requests.
Key Responsibilities

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Organizational skills, including time management and record keeping
Adaptability- including ability to learn new technology skills
Some basic accounting knowledge/skills are important
