About FlexTecs

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused retail recovery audit claim collector to join our dynamic global team. Responsible for client claim approval, collection and the defense of audit claims produced by the audit team while prioritizing stakeholder experience. Facilitating and developing the customer experience (CX) to exceed CX metrics and SLAs. Supporting the audit feedback loop to reduce claim false positives and exceed client goals for claim conversion. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Description

  • Partner with client stakeholders to achieve claim approval, providing clear and professional communication.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely recovery of claims.

  • Address vendor questions or concerns while prioritizing customer experience with prompt and professional communication.

  • Maintain detailed records of all dispute and collection activities and communications.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in retail recovery audit collections and good knowledge of the accounts payable procure to pay process.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing client satisfaction.

  • Positive attitude, trustworthy and accountable.

  • Collaborative team player

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
