Sismai’s appointment marks a significant step in our commitment to expanding our reach and enhancing the impact of FlexTrap in the payment accuracy space.
With more than a decade of experience in high-impact sales leadership, Sismai brings an impressive track record in tech-enabled services, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise sales. Her history includes scaling startups from the ground up, consistently exceeding sales targets and securing multi-million-dollar deals. At her last three companies, she drove market expansion by up to 40%, demonstrating her ability to lead sales cycles from lead generation to closing. Her skills in nurturing C-suite relationships and cross-functional team building will be invaluable to our growth, and her passion for mentoring and fostering high-performing teams aligns perfectly with our core values at FlexTecs.
In her role at FlexTecs, she will focus on building and scaling the sales team for FlexTecs and FlexTrap, developing go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth, and expanding strategic partnerships to drive our success.
