Problem:

Modell's was notified in 2007 by their service provider for both document management and recovery audit services that they would no longer be able to provide those services to them. As these were both key components of their day-to-day operation, it was necessary to immediately research vendors that could provide the same services within their budget. flextecs was contacted and a meeting was held to determine Modell's requirements and to establish a timetable for the conversion.

Solution:

flextecs provided Modell's a proposal for both services at the same price range that had been established by the previous vendor. In addition, a Service Level Agreement was developed to insure that Modell's received an acceptable turnaround of services and the quickest possible response time to requests. flextecs also converted all of their pre-existing documents to a 24/7 secured Web application at no additional cost. Flextecs now provides Post Audit Recovery services to Modell's and has dramatically increased their claim production during the first audit.
