With over 40 years in the IT industry and the last 18 spent developing and implementing technology supporting the Recovery Audit industry, flextecs provides its clients with customized Recovery Audit programs that fit their company rather than trying to fit the client to the technology. In addition, flextecs offers a comprehensive Email Archive and Discovery tool for the management of Email to comply with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

Ed May, CEO	Mr. May is a co-founder of flextecs, LLC and serves as its CEO. Prior to founding flextecs, he served as a Senior Vice President at PRG-Schultz for 17 years. During his tenure at PRGS he held positions as Director of Sales and Marketing for North America, served on the Executive Committee, and retired in January 2006 as Sales Manager for the Eastern Region. Mr. May held Senior Sales and Management positions in the Television Station and Broadcast industry. His last assignment before joining PRGS was VP and General Sales Manager of WKRN TV, an ABC affiliate in Nashville, TN.
Joe Massanelli President/CIO	Mr. Massanelli is the co-founder of flextecs LLC and serves as its President and CIO. Mr. Massanelli leads the development and implementation of our software products and technology services. Prior to founding flextecs, he served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology for PRGS for 17 years. During his tenure at PRGS he held positions as Director of Information Technology, Chief Technology Officer and served on the Senior Board before retiring in January 2006 as SVP of Technology Business Development. He also started the document management group for PRGS and led the development of new enterprise content management software products including Imaging, Email Management and WEB Collaboration tools. Before joining PRGS In 1991, Mr. Massanelli served as VP of Information Technology for Retail Data Systems servicing small to mid range retailers throughout the US.
